1. Purpose |

| Article 1-Purpose of Charter | ||
| 1.1 | Establishment of the United Canada Free Society | |
| Reflecting the will of the free men and women choosing to associate as the United Canada Free Society to build a common future, this Charter establishes the by-laws of the United Canada Free Society on which people of different languages, culture, history and traditions confer competences to attain objectives they have in common. The Free Society shall coordinate the policies by which these societies aim to achieve these objectives, and shall exercise on a Community basis the competences they confer on it. | ||

| This Charter provides a written system of statements, definitions and knowledge by which other more detailed systems might be related. | ||
| This Charter provide a roadmap in the balance of the needs and wants of members as well as the scarcity of resources. | ||
| This Charter provides an instruction as to its proper birth and operation. | ||
