4. Membership

| Article 41- Rights of Membership | ||
| 41.1 | Rights of Membership | |
| An Member shall be granted a number of rights and benefits befitting such an honor, including: | ||
| 1. The Right to free and lifetime Membership | ||
| An Member has the right to lifetime and free Membership; and | ||
| 2. The Right to live by and according to the by-laws of the Society | ||
| An Member has the right to live by and according to the by-laws of the Society; and | ||
| 3. The right to vote in all levels of elections | ||
| An Member has the right to participate in the democratic election of Officials of the Society, including being elected to office. | ||
| 4. The right to support and safe passage | ||
| An Member has the right to request support or safe passage when they are subject to an action of duress that challenges their previous rights as an Member by some other force or Society and where they have not contravened the by-laws of the Society. | ||
