| Criminal verdicts and judgments are the final elements of any court suit. | ||
| It is to the wise judgment of the judge to present the final elements of the suit so that no appeal is warranted. | ||
| Under this Code, all judgments shall themselves become statutes from which future court proceedings may refer as to precedents of method and sentence. | ||
