90.1 General principles of criminal verdicts and judgments  
  Criminal verdicts and judgments are the final elements of any court suit.  
  It is to the wise judgment of the judge to present the final elements of the suit so that no appeal is warranted.  
  Under this Code, all judgments shall themselves become statutes from which future court proceedings may refer as to precedents of method and sentence.
