I. This Pronouncement
i. By Right, Power and Authority of the Sovereign Rights as Pronounced by Our Prounouncement De Unitas Canada as a Free Sovereign of the Free Society of United Canada we make these further pronouncements known collectively as De Pronuntionis Virtus Naturae and also known as the Pronouncement of Bioethics; and
ii. These Sovereign Rights may be taken in official original document form and spoken form to represent one complete set of Rights and the highest of all Original Sovereign Law with the other Pronouncements we make; and
iii. When referring to Our Sovereign Pronouncements collectively is may also be taken both in printed form and spoken word that we mean the complete and accurate set of Rights as the highest of all Original Sovereign Law.
II. The Use of Rights Pronounced as Original Law
i. By Our Right, Our Hand and our Voice we solemnly pledge our most sacred sovereign act to use these Pronouncements and all Our Sovereign Rights for the betterment of our neighbour, our community respecting at all times due process and the living law; and
ii. Whilst Our Rights may permit the strongest of remedy against an injury inflicted upon Us and to the body of the Living Law, our goal shall be at all times to present fair and proportional remedy, not to exceed fair remedy and to seek positive solutions for the benefit of all parties; and
iii. We shall at all times remain respectful to the Office and Obligations of Sovereign and shall demonstrate respect for and kindness for others, as we may seek respect to be shown to Us, even when such respect is not demonstrated to Us.
III. Life
i.As demonstrated by the laws of the Divine Creator through the laws of Unique Collective Awareness (UCA) and by virtue of reason and common sense, everything in the universe is made from the same fundamental building blocks of matter; and
ii.As the smallest units of matter in the Universe (Unita) are themselves made from Awareness with purpose in motion, everything may be said to be complex and unique arrangements of awareness in motion; and
iii.As from the smallest unit (Unita) to Super-Sub Atomic Elements, Sub-Atomic Elements, Atomic Elements, Molecular Elements to Classes of Species (Cellular form) are constructed from unique combinations of Awareness, everything in the Universe may be described as having life to some degree; and
iv. In the case of Hydro-Carbon life, self-awareness is recognized as a trait possessed by all vertebrate animals to some degree. In the case of non-hydro carbon life, self-awareness is recognizds as a trait possessed by only advanced autonomous neural computers; and
v. All life is to be respected, especially the gift of life given to a living man or woman, for no higher office shall ever be bestowed upon a self-aware being throughout eternity than the office of living man or woman of the species Homo Sapien Sapiens.
IV. Hydro-Carbon Life
i. Hydro-Carbon Life is recognized as the universal process of molecular evolution in a molecular atmosphere conducive for more complex molecular shapes leading to cellular life. As is demonstrated by the Divine Creator through the laws of Unique Collective Awareness (UCA) wherever the right conditions exist in the universe, other Hydro-Carbon life will exist; and
ii. Hydro-Carbon life is further recognized as the universal principles of cellular life based upon the unique and complex arrangement of specialized cells that make up more complex life forms such as plants, animals and men and women; and
iii. When a lifeform has achieved such a level of sophistication of three brains, including the ancient brain (vertebrate), primal brain (brain stem) and higher brain (cortex), they possess the ability to dream and are self aware. Such life is to be respected, for an animal that can dream can also feel pain and joy and can exist as unique conscious awareness beyond the form of their physical self.
V. Hydro-Carbon Lifeform genome
i. The most stable chemical system for transmitting the knowledge of cellular and protein construction are the RNA and DNA molecules (genetic code). All cells possess either RNA, DNA or both. The arrangement of molecular bases within RNA and DNA strands are in turn decoded within the universal functions of cells as instructions for the production and maintenance of cellular activity; and
ii. Some genetic code stores specific instructions that are critical to the growth and function of a species. These particular strands of DNA or RNA are called “genes” or “gene sequences”. The principle difference between complex species can be found in the unique variations of genes within their DNA genome.
iii. Men and women are forbidden by their Sovereign office to claim ownership as property any physical element of animal life as such a false claim directly contradicts the obligations of their office as stewards of all life on Earth. Any law that falsely permits claims of ownership of genetic material is automatically rendered unnatural and inferior law by such gross error in permitting patently false law to be rendered in the first instance.
VI. Original Form and genome
i. By the force of natural law all life possesses its own unique genetic blueprint. A species blueprint that has not been artificially altered by man in any way is called an original form genome; and
ii. A species genome that has undergone major genetic modifications is a genetically modified species and not of the original form; and
iii. As custodians of all life upon the planet Earth by virtue of their Sovereign office and obligations, all men and women have a duty to see that the original forms of all species genome are preserved in some way from future deliberate, accidental or evolutionary genetic modification.
VII. Natural Cellular life cycle
i. By the very function of all hydro-carbon cellular life, all cells die and are reborn. The last time a cell does not rebirth is its final death. The rate of rebirth/regrowth of cells is universally regulated by switches in genes; and
ii. As a result of the way cells regenerate, all species have a natural life expectancy. The natural life expectancy of the species Homo Sapien Sapiens depends largely on the conditions of birth, existence of genetic defects, predisposition to certain diseases and life. However, it is not unreasonable to consider that the life expectancy of men and women during the 21st century might one day be 120 years or greater; and
iii. To die is a natural part of cellular life. While to extend the quality of life is a positive aspiration it should never be at the expense of the natural life experience of men and women. In any case, the right to chart the course of ones life remains totally within the claim by a man or woman demonstrating sound mind, with their wishes respected and to be carried out accordingly.
VIII. Natural Homo Sapien Sapiens Lifecycle
i. Homo Sapien Sapiens are born naturally through the process of placental development over a period of approximately 300 days for a fully formed infant man or woman; and
ii. Placental development is unique to other forms of development formation in that it actively requires a species to recreate the genetic evolution and history leading to the species by undergoing a period of actual existence of the 1st and simplest life until the final unique form of the species; and
iii. For the development of Homo Sapien Sapiens, this placental development experience means 1 day of existence as mono cellular life, 1 day of life as the simplest multi-cellular life, then 10 days of life as a parasitic culture, 14 days of life as simple species life, then 14 days of life as a simple prototype mammal, then 14 days of life as a prototype primate and finally from around day 55 approximately 245 days as a developing homo sapien sapien infant specie; and
iv. While a zygote in a mothers womb is likely to follow the same placental path and evolve into different lifeforms and finally the life form of an evolving Homo Sapien Sapien, it is scientifically, legally and morally incorrect to claim a zygote is a representation of the species of homo sapien sapien or unborn man or woman when it clearly is not; and
v. While a fetus of a child is not yet born until birth, there is no question that scientifically, legally and morally from day 55 to 60 onwards that the lifeform within a mothers womb is homo sapien sapien, therefore any death of the fetus from day 55 to 60 onwards is the death of a homo sapien sapien--an unborn man or woman; and
vi. Any law that seeks to arbitrarily mandate that life of a homo sapien sapien begins from day 1 of conception, or conversely does not recognize the indisputable fact that from day 55 to 60 onwards, the fetus is clearly an unborn man or woman is automatically rendered inferior and contrary to natural law in the face of this sovereign pronouncement and any remedy recognizing natural law and common sense.
IX. Intellectual property rights of genome material
i. All men and women are bestowed by our Divine Creator, also known as Unique Collective Awareness (UCA), the Office and Title of Sovereign at birth including Fixed and Irrevocable Title over their body, mind and spirit subject to Sovereign Law and that no force may lawfully abrogate any of these Rights, with or without our Consent; and
ii. Any false claim or law that grants part ownership of genetic material shared by more than one man or woman is therefore in direct violation of the Sovereign Rights and Fixed and Irrevocable Title of all other men and women over their bodies, minds and spirits . In addition, any such false claim or law is also in violation of the solemn duties of office of Man and Woman as custodians of life forbidding any such claims of ownership. Therefore any such false claim or law is automatically rendered null and void, whether or not a superior remedy consistent with natural law is presented or not.
X. Intellectual property rights of face, body and voice
i. Every man and woman is granted at birth Fixed and Irrevocable Title over their body therefore also their face, voice; and
ii. Any facsimile whether physical, digital in any form of image of face, body or voice remains a permanent extension of a man or woman's Fixed and Irrevocable Title, therefore the property of that particular man or woman regardless of whether they commissioned the reproduction or not; and
iii. When a man or woman participates in the recording of their face, body or voice, with full knowledge of the recording process and who is making the recording, it is automatically assumed that consent is given for these images to be recorded and used by the other individual, unless consent is denied; and
iv. Unless consent is provided to make a recording, the recording of a face, body or voice of a man or woman contravenes their natural property rights and therefore is equivalent to property theft; and
v. Even when a man or woman consents to a recording, such an action in no way cedes ownership, merely the right to use those recordings in the manner agreed.
XI. Treatment of animals
i. Regardless of whether an animal is kept for the ultimate purpose of having it killed and using its flesh for food, the life of every animal should be respected and handled with dignity. This is because an obligation of office bestowed upon all men and women as sovereigns is as custodians of all animal Life on Earth and the obligation above all be good and kind caretakers of all animals; and
ii. No animal should be kept in semi-permanent or permanent confinement and such barbaric conditions that it is unable to move itself freely and is deprived of basic dignity. Battery farms and factories that show no compassion towards the life of animals should not be permitted to continue in such models; and
iii. No animal should be subject to torture or prolonged agonizing death, no matter what type of animal it is. Cruelty to any kind of life is without respect for life on Earth and life in general. No justification exists, no matter what the scientific purpose or claimed outcome that animals are subject to torture and prolonged pain; and
iv. Any man or woman who is found guilty of ill treating animals is also guilty of breaching a solemn oath of office as custodian and protector of all other life.
XII. Quality of human life
i. It is an essential principle of this Pronouncement that all men and women have a right to a quality and dignified life.
XIII. Choice of Mother
i. It is clearly demonstrated by all species on Earth that the choice to carry to full term or terminate a pregnancy is a fundamental element of natural law. When faced with extreme hardship or traumatic conditions, many highly developed species exhibit the survival instinct of sometimes terminating a pregnancy; and
ii. As the Divine Creator grants to both men and women Fixed and Irrevocable Title over their bodies, the sovereign right of a mother to choose whether to carry a child to full term or not rests solely at her discretion and no natural law, however skillfully crafted may seek to temporarily abrogate her rights; and
iii. While the rights of a pregnant woman are inviolable, the law is in no constrained upon making provision concerning the consequences of the actions of a woman and any deliberate death of her unborn child providing the scientific, natural and moral facts are recognized that only after 55 days of pregnancy may a pregnancy be rightly classified as a true homo sapien sapien unborn man or woman.
XIV. Dying with dignity
i. It is an essential principle that all men and woman have the right to choose to die with dignity; and
ii. Modern technology enables life to be sustained and perpetuated far beyond the scope of previous generations. With these gifts, the life of men and women can be saved, repaired and prolonged well beyond a historically common cause and point of death. Yet such technology also means that life can be extended beyond a point whereby the quality of life is marginal; and
iii. A lonely death, devoid of dignity, of compassion in a hospital or elderly home should never become the standard path to which all our lives inevitably end. Instead, our society should strive to enable all men and women to die well just as they have lived well, in the comfort of home, in the presence of love, in a state of peace at a time of their choosing; and
iv. A state has no right to arbitrate on the life and death of its citizens, in violation of their sovereign right to die with dignity. Instead, the choice must rest with the individual to find a balance between life and science and the quality of personal life, whilst respecting the gift of life bestowed upon us by our Divine Creator.
XV. Organ donation
i. Modern medicine now offers the hope that in an unfortunate death others might find new life. As such, the donation of ones body for medical benefit is honorable and morally courageous decision; and
ii. It is immoral to conceive that should a man or woman wish their body to be donated to help others that their wishes be denied by opposing views. It is the sovereign right of men and women to bequest their body in such a manner.
XVI. Human cell harvesting and manufacture
i. Modern medicine now enables the creation of life saving procedures for such items as new skin and materials that otherwise would not be possible. Similarly, genetic material such as live embryos and even cell surrogate systems now offer the hope of significant medical treatments for the benefit of millions of illness sufferers; and
ii. Providing the sovereign rights as stated in this pronouncement are not violated, the question of morality concerning any process that harvests or manufactures living human cellular material should be a question of proper regulation and benefit analysis and not one decided by religious leaders; and
iii. The import or export of cellular material of Homo sapien sapiens, excluding blood products, should generally be tightly controlled, in particular the non permission to import or export of organs. While such a trade may claim to assist the goals of medical science, in fact such a trade promotes conditions for illegal and immoral acts in poorer communities. Instead, all communities should develop their own abilities for cell harvesting and manufacture; and
iv. The harvesting of organs without the consent of the donor is an evil and heinous act and must be prevented wherever such callous disregard for life exists. Furthermore, any man or woman who participates at any point in the chain of events, including the failure to investigate and prevent further such crimes are equally guilty as the individuals who originally perpetrated the crime.
XVII. Human genetic material testing
i. The testing of therapies and processes on living human cellular material is essential for the life saving cures needed by millions in the fight against cancers and infectious diseases; and
ii. Providing the sovereign rights as stated in this pronouncement are not violated, the question of morality concerning any process that tests or destroys living human cellular material should be a question of proper regulation and benefit analysis.
Upon this Pronouncement we recognize the inmmutable fact that Our Sovereign Right is derived from the demonstrated proof of our Divine Creator in Unique Collective Awareness (UCA) that we are both one and unique, whilst being part of the many, the collective of all Awareness. In so being, We have full right to Claim both the authority and powers bestowed by the Divine Creator; and
Upon this Prounouncement we recognize a further immutable fact that if any sovereign man or woman, living or deceased is not free, then We cannot rightly proclaim our Own freedom; and
Therefore upon this Pronouncement, warranted by Our Sovereign Right, upon necessity, We invoke both our freedom and these Rights for Ourselves and for and on behalf of all men and women, living or deceased, with the considerate judgment of all sovereign men and women living and deceased and the gracious favor of our common Divine Creator; and
I affirm all the above supreme law, AB INITIO (FROM THE BEGINNING),
On behalf of myself and other members who are associated with me by my hand and seal this day, [NO DATE REQUIRED]
In the truth ...
